Non-refundable deposit for new clients seeking injection/medical services.  All deposits will be applied towards services unless an appointment is not cancelled with 24 hours notice, in which case the deposit is forfeited.  A $2.50 processing fee is non-refundable and does not apply towards your $50 deposit
